） Abstract： This paper studies on two-step frequent itemset Apriori algorithm of Association Rules

Because of Apriori algorithm’sdisadvantages, it brings forword improving method called Improving Apriori algorithm

Based on Improving Apriori algorithm, it provides us the data mining for breast-cancers

Using SQL Server 2005 data mining tools, it mainly sets up the relationship between breast-cancer recurrences and other attributes

The results of data mining shows that Association Rules in the medical data mining has effectiveness
