并用可持续开发观点提出解决当前矿产资源开发过程中所遇到问题的对策和建议
以实现淮北市矿业经济的可持续发展

） Abstract： In Huaibei city, the geological conditions for mineralization are superior; also there are many varieties and abundant reserves of nonmetal minerals resources
The current situation and problems of exploitation and utilization of the nonmetal mineral resources in Huaibei city were summarized and analyzed
Furthermore, some countermeasures and recommendations were proposed at the viewpoint of sustainable development to resolve the existed exploitation problems and realize the sustainable development of mining economy for Huaibei city
