） Abstract： With the modernization drive and the fast development of social economy ,the press of flood control in urbanized areas in the lower reach of Yangtse River has been improved
Meanwhile, all kinds of planning involved water resources also add the complexity of flood control
In the paper, we take Qixia district as an example
On the basis of land use and , we produce related methods of runoff generation and concentration, computing the river water level under different conditions
And the result could help the flood control of Qixia district
