） Abstract： This paper first puts forward a total risk premonition index system, then based on RBF neural network
It sets up a total risk premonition model of commercial bank, and finally it discuss plans to deal with warning signals
Apply this neural network to predict financial crisis of commercial bank
This result is famous and the neural network has nicer performance
