） Abstract： Abstract：According to the bilinear property of the weil pairing on elliptic curves, construct an Identity-based signature and encryption scheme, and the security and legitimacy performance of the scheme are also proved
This scheme could not only validate the identity of the massage sender through checking out of the signature, but also get the encryption at the same time
This scheme could reduce the storing and messaging cost of the public key
So it could be used in the limited system like intelligent card or wireless communication circumstance
