） Abstract： On putting forward the concepts and principles of qualitate and on-off rings for systems in former papers, this paper points out that the qualitate of systems has 5 dimensionalities, such as simpleness, circumfluence ,variety, complexity and randomicity
With Derrida’s deconstruction theory, those concepts and principles would be strengthened, and new deconstruction theory for systems qualitate will be developed
Compared with Derrida’s deconstruction theory, the deconstruction theory for systems qualitate adopts open and complex systems as research models
Corresponding to the deconstruction strategy, the emergence of system qaulitate has 4 ramifications of difference, dissemination, trace, and supplement, which make the meaning of systems active
