） Abstract： The rapid development of mobile devices brings image processing and compression system from a large number of the PC platforms in laboratories to embedded devices
For problem of image motion-blurred caused by relative movement between camera and objectives caused by vague, and problem of the larger volume of data to storage of the image in practical application in digital cameras and high-altitude photography, and other applications,this paper studied the achievement of a uniform linear motion fuzzy image restoration and JPEG image compression standard algorithm, using Samsung\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ns S3C2440 ARM9 embedded processor-embedded hardware structures , realized the WinCE operating system customization and transplantation, on the basis of this development and application procedures, achieved a embedded system with the motion-blurred image restoration and JPEG compression based on WinCE and S3C2440
The results proved that the system can effectively achieve the resumption of embedded motion-blurred images and JPEG compression,and has broad application prospects
