所设计电路在Altera公司的QuartusII下进行了仿真
采用Altera公司的Cyclone芯片
） Abstract： This paper analyzes the design and implementation of facsimile binarization of Dual-Net Digital Fax, and then according to the analysis of image binarization , based on Altera Cyclone chip, realized the facsimile binarization circuit
This circuit can achieve the facsimile binarization functions of the Dual-Net Digital Fax
The circuit is simulated with Altera QuartusII
,the experiment result shows it can process standard facsimile very well
