） Abstract： On the basis of the concept of scientific development, this paper claims that the new view of modern sports should be set up in the process of college physical education: youth physical teachers should build up the concept of talents which is led by scientific research; the concept of development which means that they should optimize the structure of physical major that be multiplied; furthermore, they should focus on high-quality course, plan and build the gymnasium and cultivate the opportunity consciousness of modern sports development
