） Abstract： Distributed personal area network (PAN) converges facilities in network environment into a virtual terminal, in order to provide best service to user, it is necessary to relocate the control facility in PAN in case of some sudden situations after the control facility had been located
Firstly, this article introduces AHP which is one of systems analytical approach, and based on it, it is also proposed the relocation mechanism of control facility which takes AHP as the basis and three burst conditions as well as the steps of relocation
