） Abstract： Aiming at ubiquitous phenomenon of misapplying IP address in campus network, this paper researches and implements a secure and effective management platform based on IP-MAC Binding Technology
The platform with B/S modes uses multilayer architecture composed with Asp
net, Web Services and physical switches
The network administrators config the setting of IP binding according to Internet explorer, which make it easier to manage switch’s ports
At the same time, it solves security problem about switch’s passwords
