） Abstract： In order to improve the quality and benefits of one pyrite plant, this experiment take cyclone -static micro bubble flotation column as the main sorting equipment,carry out throughput, collector dosage, foaming agent and continuous separation test, the experimental results show when throughput of 400kg/h, collector dosage of 450 g/t, foaming agent of 60 g/t, the flotation was the best
The concentrate grade and recoveries obtain from continuous separation test is 48
39% and 95
26%,higher than the on-site flotation machine and target to achieve the expected goals
