） Abstract： In order to meet the requirement of Managerial talent in hotel industry, many universities have opened the Hotel Management specialty

However, a lot of students who majored in this specialty went into other industry instead of hotel after graduation

This has seriously affected the development of the hotel industry in our country

It’s of great urgency to solve the problem about the graduates drain

Based on the subjects and objects of brain drain, this article analyses the reason of brain drain, and provide the relevant solution
