） Abstract： Several dynamical models of differential equations are proposed for adjusting the prices of commodities
The models reflect to the relation between supply and demand, the service after sale and competition of prices among the same kind of commodities, and the endure ability of consumers
By analyzing the models qualitatively, conditions for the stability of prices and periodic adjustment of prices, and the synchronization of prices of the same kind of commodities are obtained
Finally, a model is applied to analyze the problem of the adjustment of the prices of software products, some reasonable suggestions are given
