) Abstract: In 2009 the number of university graduates reaches a historic high, in addition to the attack of financial crisis, the employment situation becomes rather tougher than any other years, which leading to quite a few university students being at the crossroad of alternate jobs and becoming confused
Under this point of view, all sorts of subjective decisions will unavoidably bring mistakes, therefore it becomes a necessity that find a reliable and quantitative method to help make decisions
This article proposed a qualitative and quantitative combined method-Analytic Hierarchy Process, in which model we first abstracted 11 factors that often been considered in vocational choice theories, then constituted the index system of job satisfaction assessment according to T

Satty\ns AHP steps, and finally determined all the 11 factors\n weight in the index system through comparison and computation
Consequently we can weight different jobs according to this weight-determined index system
At the end of the article, it proved the coherence between students\n decision-making orientation and the AHP result, evidencing the feasibility of applying AHP to job selection determination; in addition to its qualities of simplicity, accessibility, flexibility and convenience, AHP becomes an important method and foundation of decision-making for college students
