） 摘要： 本文提出了一种基于方向图指纹图象的滤波和二值化算法
通过对采集的本人的指纹图像作方向滤波二值化处理
该算法不仅使二值化后的图像清晰还可以达到连接断纹的效果
This paper firstly used mask method to estmiatethe pixel orientations and then changed the pixel orientations to the block orientations
Secondly, enhanced fingerprint images by new proposed 8 orientations smoothing filter templates and sharpening filter templates
At last binary by orientation the image after enhancement process
All the algorithms mentioned above,this thesis has programed and realized them with MATLAB7
0 on PC
After orientation filter and binarization to my fingerprint images,the result of emulation experiment show that this method not only making fingerprint images after the binarization clearly but also connecting the cracked dermal ridge
