In a viewpoint of the urban and rural as a whole, urban-rural dual structure is the major obstacles to coordinate economic and social development, the industry supports the agricultural is an important way to coordinate economic and social development,and all the people to achieve common prosperity is the great target to coordinating urban and rural as a whole
